The headline figure is stark: four out of five organizations say their current privacy measures are insufficient for the AI systems they have already put into production.
The report also highlights that many companies are struggling with basics like data mapping, consent management, and transparency about how AI models are trained. Fewer than half of respondents said they have a clear process for assessing the privacy impact of a new AI tool before launching it.
